MeowIn collects only what's needed to connect cat owners with verified sitters: phone number for authentication, cat profile details, home address (revealed to the sitter only after a paid booking), and visit reports (including GPS check-in coordinates).
Sitter ID documents and criminal-record certificates are retained for 30 days post-verification, then deleted; only a redacted thumbnail and verified flag are kept for compliance.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing. Payment processing is handled by ECPay; refer to ECPay's privacy policy for their data handling.
