MeowIn is a marketplace connecting cat owners with independent in-home cat sitters in Taiwan. We are not the employer of sitters; sitters are independent contractors providing services directly to owners.
Owners agree to provide accurate information about their cats' health, behavior, and feeding needs. Sitters agree to provide reasonable cat care, submit visit reports, and follow the cat-care protocols co-designed with veterinary consultants.
Disputes are handled by MeowIn's dispute resolution process. Payment is held in escrow and released to the sitter only after the visit report is submitted plus a 24-hour cooldown.
